Most sites have only water and electric hook-ups.
Camping is among the trees and some sites are not perfectly level, so bring some leveling bloks just in case.

The "H" section will include rally participants in RVs manufactured after 1979.

Open house is not planned but friends and family can visit the park as guests.

Activities will include music, crafts, breakfast, spaghetti feed potluck, and all the good stuff you expect from Trailerfest!

Former TCT Leaders Forrest & Jeri Bone will be part of the 2023 Hall of Fame Inductees with a ceremony on Monday August 21st at the RV Museum in Elkhart, Indiana.

To celebrate this event, Tin Can Tourists and the Vintage Airstream Club members are invited to camp at the museum and take part in the festivities.

The rally will be held on the grounds of the museum. Dry camping or electric only will be available. Potable water available and two dump stations are available on-site. Hoses for trailer washing and cleanup will be available. A large enclosed pavilion with banquet room will be available to use that has air conditioning, bathrooms and meeting facilities. We are working on providing shower facilities at nearby campgrounds, water park or schools.

Induction Ceremony Tickets are available for a discount through the rally registration form. We are bundling the tickets together and purchasing entire tables so all of the rally participants will be seated together. Dress code is business casual and vintage attire is encouraged for our rally participants. Have fun with it. The museum is excited to have a “different” group at ceremony than usual audience.

Camping on hard surfaces, so plan on that for your awning needs – no stakes allowed.

Fiddlers Picnic Vintage Trailer Rally

Join us August 4-6 at the Old Mercier Ranch for the 8th Annual Fiddlers Picnic Trailer Rally.  This is dry camping on the bank of the Yellowstone River on the South edge of Livingston MT, the Gateway to Yellowstone Park.

The rally is in the midst of a 500 picker jam and celebrates the 104th anniversary of the Tin Can Tourists and this years induction of TCTs Forrest and Jeri Bone into the RV Hall of Fame.

The Picnic supplies the meat portion of a potluck lunch and a pancake breakfast.  Its dry camping but close to amenities.  Event decal. $25 per trailer which goes to support the Picnic.

In 2007, Chuck and Toni Miltenberger and Bob and Cindy Ross started the "Trail Along To Pismo" vintage trailer rally in Pismo Beach, CA. With the help of friends and support of the vintage trailering community, the rally has been a popular sell-out destination for over a decade. Although these hobby icons have retired from the position of wagon masters, they have given their blessing to us to pick up where they left off. Initially held in May, we have opted to reserve the park in the fall to take advantage of moderate California coast weather at that time of year.

["Trail Along to Pismo" Vintage Trailer Rally is in no way associated with any other vintage trailer rally held at the Pismo Coast Village RV Resort. Reservation must be made with the host and cannot be made through the park. In order to participate, you are asked to have a trailer 1969 and and older. RVs, Airstreams, Vans, Buses, 1979 and older. Special interests travel/camping builds may be considered...]

This rally/show has exceptional hosts. The participating trailer folks and accompanying car show delights visitors.    

Tribute concerts are of the highest quality every year (and you can even get up and dance if you choose to do so).

    

The staff checks with you throughout the weekend to keep things going (thanks to Tracie with her big, friendly smile who keeps everything balanced and organized). They have a wonderful indoor shuffleboard of the highest quality, a beautiful pool, pickleball and volleyball courts and much, much more. so).   

Their website states, "...luxurious RV resort in Southern California–top rated by customers and Good Sam Club. Hemet is centrally located in the heart of SoCal’s top vacation destinations. We are located in Hemet, California known for its natural hot mineral springs, Diamond Valley fishing, and Temecula’s Wine region." . . . and it's true! One of the nice features of this weekend is that they have so many sites that your non-vintage trailer camping  friends can book this outing and be right around the corner from you . . . the snowbirds have already returned to their homes.
